CTF server's unusual lag..

So this lag, it started just one day... i really don't have any ideas why... also I know it's not my internet problem... i have good quality internet... and i am not the only one who have this lag... it's not usual lag, it's like you play and everything stops and says "WARNING CONNECTION PROBLEM " or something like this... can it get fixed? It's really sad to see this CTF server "crashing" down.. maybe server should get restarted or something else is wrong?
Also it's really sad to see that noone really takes care of CTF server anymore? where are admins there? Server is really dirty lately... the only admin i see there is super ding... After Tortilla left, it's a mess! It seems that this server is going down? Why noone cares?
Can something be done about this lag at least?
